Every Regal x Royal original is designed and made by Avri Carrasco. Anything that is not made by Avri is labelled Curated and comes from another brand Avri has chosen.

The piece exists once. When it sells it moves to the Archive and is never remade.

Send a request, receive a quote, approve the design and pay a deposit, then production starts. See the Custom Request page.

It depends on the size of the design and the stone count. Avri gives you a timeline with your quote, before you pay anything.

Custom pieces are made to order, so they are final sale once production begins. One of one pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and unaltered. If anything arrives damaged or not as agreed, contact us and we will make it right. Full details are in our Returns policy.
