Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and your purchases from Regal x Royal (“we”, “us”), a studio run by Avri Carrasco. By browsing the site, placing an order or sending us a request, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

1. Using the site

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or use the site with a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the site, try to break or probe it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time.

2. Products, photos and colors

Our pieces are handmade, often one of a kind. Colors, sparkle and stone placement can look different on screen than in person, and small variations are part of handmade work. We try to describe and photograph every piece accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.

3. Orders, pricing and availability

  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated, and may change without notice. Tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply.
  • One of one pieces exist once. If two people order the same piece at the same moment, or we find an error in a listing, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing mistake, and will refund any payment taken.

4. Custom orders and the builder

  • The builder is a preview and planning tool. Stone counts, mockups and any price shown are estimates only. We confirm the final price and timeline before any work starts or any payment is taken.
  • A custom order starts with a request. After we send a quote, you approve the design in writing, pay the deposit, and production begins. Changes after approval may change price and timeline.
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Timelines depend on stone and material availability and on how quickly you approve designs.
  • Custom work is final sale once production begins and deposits are non-refundable once the design is approved, as set out in our Returns policy.

5. Artwork and intellectual property

  • Your uploads. If you upload or send us a design, you promise that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You give us permission to use it only to prepare your quote and make your piece.
  • What we will not make. We do not replicate third-party brand logos, characters, trademarks or protected artwork. We will decline those requests.
  • Our designs. The Regal x Royal name, logo, crest, designs, photos and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. When you buy a piece, you own the piece, not the design rights.
  • Portfolio. We may photograph finished pieces and share the photos on this site and on social media. If you prefer that we do not, tell us in writing when you order.

6. Garments you send us

  • You ship your garment at your cost and risk. We recommend tracked, insured shipping.
  • We inspect each garment on arrival. If the fabric, condition or construction is not suitable for rhinestone work, we will tell you and may decline the job. You pay return shipping for a declined garment.
  • Rhinestone work can mark, stretch or stress a garment. We take care, but we are not responsible for garments that were already worn, weak, stained, or poorly stitched, or for fabrics that are not suitable for stones, to the extent the law allows.
  • We will hold your garment for a reasonable time after the work is done. If you do not collect or pay for return shipping after we contact you several times, we may donate or dispose of it.

7. Care and wear

Rhinestones are decorative. Follow our care guide. Stones can loosen or fall off with friction, washing, heat, perfume or sanitizer, and normal wear is not a defect.

8. Payments

Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims and costs that come from content you send us or from your breach of these terms.

11. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please email us first. We will try to fix it fast and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Regal x Royal does business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
